Me, i have to exercise and try to make someone else laugh, read a good book and get into nature to reset
You hang out with your woman and talk it out n vent with her .....why is this not in the list of things?

Relax, watch your favorite TV show/movie, listen to music, cook or buy your favorite meal, and go outside for a few hours.

Those are the types of things I do, or if it's really bad, I'll compartmentalize specific things that are too stressful or potentially problematic, leading to thoughts and negative feelings lingering in my head.

Compartmentalizing is a great way to restore some focus, order, and control in your life as it pertains to negative emotions and energy but, just be careful not to do it soo much that you turn yourself into a sociopath :whoa:.
