the fact that they act that way with you means you give off the vibe that they can come at you like that

instead of reporting them you should have checked them-

by reporting them, you make it seem like you are scared of them so it will get worse

I can only remember having to deal with one difficult co-worker. She would go around and tell people that my work wasn't up to her standards, and those people she told all would come to me and tell me what she was telling them. I basically just went up to her and told her what I heard, that she was being disrespectful and that I would appreciate her coming to me with issues she has with me because I wasn't trying to lose my job over some bullshyt gossip. It was funny, because the whole time I was talking to her, she was speechless. She's known to talk shyt, but no one had ever confronted her about it until me. From that point forward, she was so nice to me. Basically, whenever you're feeling disrespected, tell them upfront. I feel it's more effective than going over their heads to a supervisor, especially if they are buddy buddy like the two people you work with.

I've never told on anyone before..but she was really fuking with me...asking me did I finish things that take an hour in 10 mins...raising her voice...rolling her,eyes...I ignored her for a,while..but one day I snapped...and the environment got so bad it was like high school ..after I snapped I told her she needs to fire me or get off my back...she didn't get off my back so I told on her...now the other girl is playing...

Well, you've got a couple ways to go:

1) Be consistent. If it's still an issue, go over her head again and let them know there has been no improvement.

2) Ignore 'em and do your job the best you can. If it ain't good enough for ol' gurl, she can just fire you. Bet 5 she won't if she hasn't done it already. Don't even trip off other broad. If she ain't your boss, she's a non-factor. Treat her however you wish. :slap:

Is your manager like that with everyone or is this something personal? The ignore route is unavoidable if she is your supervisor so I would say there is strength is numbers maybe you can get some of your other co workers to try and find out why is there tension between you two and get them to help her lay off you. This 2 on 1 situation isn't going to work for you and you already said it has gotten heated. Only a matter of time before she and home girl work your last nerve and you present a situation where she can have you terminated. It's things like that why I stopped chatting up people at the job and lurk TheColi for worktime socializing.

Her and the other girl are so close I wouldn't doubt they're fuking...they take up for each other...and her mom brings her stuff when she visits...lol

Oh it's very personal...and I seldom converse...I'm pretty quiet here...

I don't know what type of industry you are in, but the biggest lesson that I wish I would've known when I was younger was how to pick your battles.

Somethings you have got to shake off so that it doesn't weigh you down as you work a plan for progress. You also have to learn to manage up, i.e. manage your boss. It is a 2 way management relationship.

How did that go? I mean if she is a manager she should know about harassment on the job could do to her record if she is reported and she is still bothering you?

So what's the worst case scenario for you? You mentioned you have alot of financial responsibilities so quitting doesn't seem like an option, can you just transfer to another position or shift?

It's a long story...but my manager and her favorite azz kisser are trying me at least once a week...it all started after I reported my manager cause her attitude was becoming a bit much and I feel targeted...well I'm trying to remain professional but it's like they're pushing me...I ignore them most of the time...but it's only so much I can tolerate...

if u feel ur manager is out to get u, the best thing u can do is to just leave the company. its a nowin situation for u unless other people have complained about said manager.

complaining about ur manager to his/her higherup is unwise. take all the disrespect they dish ur way. but immediately start looking for another job. i woulda advised not to complain in the first place. but since u already did that, the only way out now is to find another job.

I guess ignore them like everyone is saying, but personally I wouldn't be able to endure being in an environment like that. I would start looking for somewhere else to work.
