you can do that but only for so long. after a while your health catches up with you and then you got another issue you dealin' with. then whatever it is you were workin' so hard towards falls to the waste side because guess what? you ain't able to be the productive person you could've been all along had you just got some damn sleep :francis:

like i said, you can do it but only but for so long, that shyt don't last long at all :martin:
You can train your body through biphasic sleep cycle(s) - without sacrificing your health - in that sense. Even so, if your main priority is to develop a "killer work ethic" - you HAVE to sacrifice some of your health and well being. Getting "plenty" of sleep is in direct conflict with developing that.

I read on a lot of these rappers and how they work 12 hours a day. How did they bring themselves to doing this? Is there any advice you can give?

First leave that rapper shyt out of the picture; those nikkas are lames, if you actually meet them personally you will find out. There's no secret to it; you think about what your grinding for and your goals. I did 15 hours straight; no break, no lunch. I did 12 hours; 7 days a week. One time I worked and focused so hard; that I did not eat for 3 days; really I did not eat, lost like 25 lbs in 2 months. When you focused on your shyt; you block out hunger, tiredness; the only thing you think about is success.

You need to watch The Pursuit of Happyness; to understand what being focused really means.

bruh, we humans not robots. the human body and or any livin' creature is born and built for sleep at some point. your body has to fully recharge. i don't care how much you try to short cut it, slice it or dice it. you need sleep and i'm talkin' more than just some 4 to 5 hours of sleep.

if you go without sleep, you gon be dealin' with some serious health issues and then guess what? all that hard work won't mean shyt because now you layin' up somewhere all because you didn't take yo ass to bed.

the moral of the story is, get plenty of sleep so that you can be fully productive throughout the day and so that you can or try to accomplish your goals :blessed:

Work as a formulation chemist; working the 15 hours and 12 hours, 7 days a week, the were trying to break me down at my job. You have to maintain the focus.
The 3 days in which I did not eat was when I was in college.

The fact you're speaking as if mammals/humans aren't polyphasic, shows you have absolutely no idea of what you're talking about.

ok, whatever you say bruh :mjlol:

i ain't gon argue over somethin' that pertains to common sense. you and i know that at the end of the day, you need sleep :russ:

you can troll this shyt all you want and while people can go a few days (on maybe 3 to 4 hours of sleep) without gettin' a good 8 or 9 hours of sleep, it doesn't last before so long until you body gives in and you either collapse or get sick. the human body ain't made to run without proper sleep but for so long, bruh. :aicmon:

Where exactly do you see me arguing that you don't need sleep?

If you knew anything about "proper" sleep, you wouldn't be speaking in this westernized, philistinic manner of needing an 8-9 hour block of monophasic rest.
