bruh, we humans not robots. the human body and or any livin' creature is born and built for sleep at some point. your body has to fully recharge. i don't care how much you try to short cut it, slice it or dice it. you need sleep and i'm talkin' more than just some 4 to 5 hours of sleep.
if you go without sleep, you gon be dealin' with some serious health issues and then guess what? all that hard work won't mean shyt because now you layin' up somewhere all because you didn't take yo ass to bed.
the moral of the story is, get plenty of sleep so that you can be fully productive throughout the day and so that you can or try to accomplish your goals
