You gon end up clogging your pores or making your hair and scalp worse following the advice in this thread. First thing first what is your hair porosity? If it’s low hair porosity follow the LCO method if high porosity LOC method. Low porosity hair use: light oils eg, grape seed oil, high porosity, avacado oil and black caster oil. Google what hair porosity means, how to find out which one you have and what method you should follow. If you have low hair porosity I also recommend using Aztec clay on your hair once a week before you shampoo and condition.
