Realize that if your hate is directed toward someone, then you are indirectly being a slave to that person. That person has power over you and can control your emotions. In order to be free from someone else's power and influence, you must free your mind from hate.
What if it's not an individual?

Man it's gonna sound corny as fukk but it works for me.

Whenever I feel this way I just take a deep breath and look around myself.

I take the parts I want and leave the parts I don't.

:yeshrug:

shyt can be really simple if you let it be.

Realize that one day you and everything you know will die. One day you will be in your death bed looking back at the world you are about to leave forever. At that moment you will either be in fear or in peace, but what you will know for certain that is it is all going to end and your short time on earth was spent feeling what? Hate isn’t worth your precious time. Breathe in then breathe out to let just a piece of it go, so that your time left on this earth isn’t spent in waste. Let it go for you, even if you have been hurt because it’s your heart which you will have to reconcile in the end.

Let one thing go at a time. Imagine wrapping someone or something you hate in a big airy bubble. Wish it well and send it off, watch it float away. Tell it you wish it peace. Do this over and over until the hate is released even by something as little as 5%.

Tell yourself you deserve to love and you deserve to be and let others be. Recognize they are human too and let them have their space to mess up as we all do. Allow your mind to give them time to grow or grow up. Keep your distance for your own sanity, but envision nodding at them and passing them on a busy street. Let them flow away in a river of people or things you do like.

Surround yourself with positivity for just a day, or 8 hours to start with. Consume only positive or funny media, take a walk, eat a good meal. Smile and laugh. Then let it go and wake up the next day, get out of bed on a different side of the bed or place on the floor. Tell yourself this is your happy placements and positions. Train your brain that when you do this routine you feel better or lighter, and your mood will follow.

Hate comes in when we take ourselves too seriously, when we convince ourselves that the world should be one way and it isn’t what we think it should be. Take a second to examine the universe. The universe doesn’t ask for good or bad. The universe just is. Existence just is. People just are. There is no control, only control of our own experience. People may not understand that, but realize when you accept it you are in a healthier place than they are. People act how they act, but you can only control if that affects you. Don’t let others steal your joy. Your existence is short and this is your time, your only time, to live.

Its bringing me down:mjcry:

Hatred of who?

You gotta be more specific.

If you're just constantly angry at everything then you need to do something like start jogging regularly. Run until you calm the fukc down.

I would classify that as emotional problems that need a remedy like better nutirtion, enough rest, enough activity, find a hobby.

Think about a dog who never gets to run and how they start eating furniture and shytting inside.

If you're mad at something specific like some female that dropped you, then you need to get real about what ever is going on with that. My marriage failed and only years later can I admit that if I would have been more empathetic maybe it could have worked.

If she's gone and it's cause of something you did: face it. Accept it. Become better. If she left cause she wasn't feeling the Breh anymore, maybe she found a new lap to sit on: you gotta wear that one too. Admit that your dikc wasn't for her anymore and make sure the next one really likes what you got before you spend alot of time cuffing.

Anyway:

What's the beef Breh?

What exactly.
