Almost every job is "easily replaceable"
Hell people in the army are just as replaceable. So are people in IT. So are retail workers. Theres only a few jobs where employees arent "easily replaceable" you're lying to yourself if you think its not.
More money goes back into the economy and less tax payers money goes to food stamps/welfare.And someone please explain how........
If wages increase for Zero-Hardly any skill at all workers , increases.............How it would benefit everyone.

if it was REALLY more fiscally useful to have machines serve people they would have done it already
they won't because, soon as mcdonalds does it and burger king switches to human servers we would all go there and they would have the edge

Some companies spend between 20 - 900K every quarter on staffing for "hard to fill" positions.
and the military doesn't just accept anyone. Most young Americans wouldn't even make height and weight standards off top--- then there are over 70 medical conditions or past medical issues that auto disqualify you..... plus for whatever reason some people aren't smart enough to pass the asvab. It's not too difficult to get in the miliart - Any Branch, but each unit is getting millions in advertising for a reason. shyt's not Easy. Then some people wash out in Basic training, tech school, or Officer training .. Thousands of dollars is down the drain when that happens.
Random BrothaZay's walk up to Burger King all the time like " ummmm is yall hiring" So those are what you would call easily replaceable jobs.
And Def not every IT job is easily replaceable -- Some skills are called 'purple squirrels' for a reason. . Even the shyt I do.......... most people haven't even heard of it.

If all low end jobs started paying lets say 15-20/hrs, how will those business's handle that? If the prices of everything started going up, are you not back at square one? Let's say the fast food industry didn't raise prices, but other ones did? just like gasoline going up affected other businesses and they had to pass the cost on, what if farmers were forced to pay their employees more? Im sure you are going to notice it at the supermarket.
I don't know why yall think " Lets just pay everybody more " will solve these problems.. Not while greed exist. It's sad but it's the truth.

1) Employers are employers and not anything else.... say what you want about the people who create jobs, but Fact is they are Focused on increasing profit.
2) Cost of labor is what the so called " minimum wage increase" and all this fast food shyt is called.. And when the cost of labor goes up - the demand for those workers will GO DOWN because any business person with more than one brain cell will see this as an opportunity to find other ways to increase productivity without increasing bodies.
3) People who aren't in low skilled and ZERO skilled jobs--- suffer in the end. They suffer because their is literally No benefit to the people who seek actual careers and seek to better their lives..... if low-skilled workers are paid more than a normal min wage.
4) the people who vote ususally aren't fighting for fast food workers and other random bs.
5) Wage is determined by Greed (in capitalism) and supply and demand. INCREASE WAGE doesn't guarantee a job, so 100 Million people at $10 /hr is better than 75 Million people at $15 /hr in the long run.... The Market will adjust to increase and decrease in the amount of "JOBS" that employers determine they can afford.
6) The PAst proves all of this. Shiiiiiiitttttt , many of the new technological advances we see in our world are due to .......... employers saying aight.......fukk you then. I'll find another way.

They don't see reality --AKA - Increase wages on low skilled people overtime ONLY increases ways to save on Labor needs. More people without a JOB.............. The Auto Industry is a good example. ... Started with a HS diploma could get you a house, new car.. take care of family, etc........... Increase to..... You could be hood Rich and you Kids could pretend to be in the upper middle class if you play ur cards right. .......... That bubbble Bust......... Entire cities Crumbled and many people were without opportunity. Now the opportunity is back. ... the Top 3 are hiring again..........but they are paying something reasonable.... A nikka not bout to come in there with a HS diploma making 80K... More like 45 K.... and he can advance. 8) I can't believe I even have to say this point................ welfare and food stamps aren't gonna decrease....... 9) Ultimately there is no fight here as we support supply defend and promote our own demise regardless of race. We buy products made outside the nation and we feed into a two pary system... you mention tax payers when our tax system is illegal and is based off of paying back a debt on our heads that can never be paid back with the money that the loaners have printed off for us...
10 ) so it's just all fukked up..... and the last thing we need to do is reward the least motivated amongst us. We can pay teachers, military, scientist (without grants), and technology people more if we wanna fight for something.
