I have several t-shirts I work out in but they're getting to the point the smell is getting unbearable to work out. Like as soon as they get slighty damp the stank comes out. No matter how much I wash them they still reak of a dead horses a$$hole. I could go buy new shirts but I'm a cheap fukk. I've heard I should soak them in white vinegar and baking soda, haven't tried that yet. What do you guys do ?

i always wash them the day off personally. Most ill go is three workouts but i dont have specific workout gear. Just tees and ballshorts and my shoes. I wanna get some underarmour or dry fit but so much $...not yet

My suggestion is spraying them with febreeze and hanging them outside on a dry...breezy day

Ummmm......wash/rinse them joints when you're finished your work out. Sounds like you put them in your laundry bag wet and sweaty, that's the ONLY way they can be stink. Let them dry out before putting in a laundry bag or just wash them.

Sounds like some fungus is probably growing on them now. It is best to throw them away. Since you are cheap, go get you a bag of white tees for working out so that you can bleach the crap out of them once you are done. Also, if you are just stuffing damp, sweaty clothes back in your gym bag without laying it out to dry, that fungus is probably in your gym bag too. Please turn it inside out and lysol spray it a few times.

Please don't stink up the equipment for the rest of us.

First, if you don't want to spend for dri-fit, go buy a set of white tees for workout. Cheap and easy solution.

To fix your current situation, just put the stank clothes outside in the sun (might be hard up north) for a 1-2 days. The UV rays will kill the fungi/bacteria. The same things works for stank sponges too. The vinegar works well to kill the yellow under the arms, but probably not for the scent.
