Every exercise I do to try and hit my rear delts, I only feel in my traps and upper back no matter how much I tinker with my form. What excercise do you guys do for your rear delts?
I tack face pulls at the end of upper body sessions. Definitely a key exercise for me.
Gotta keep your scapula still during the movement if you want it delt focused. Retracted is probably best but some get better stimulation with protracted scaps. Just find your groove.
