For steaks, it's better Rare/Medium Rare. Maybe medium depending on the cut.

For burgers, its Medium, since the meat is grounded.

Cacs like their meat raw because it's a throwback to their cavemen days they can't help that shyt. And nikkas trying to copy that because they see it as lavish and extravagant. Call me uncultured I don't give a fukk, I have had rear steak at an executive conference last year. We were told we could order anything of the menu so when the waiter asked me I thought I should experiment and try my steak rear. When it arrived that shyt looked nasty and soft as fukk, I thought fukk it maybe it tastes better than it looks...........that shyt was nasty I am just glad I didn't pay for it.

I face palm when I go out to eat and someone orders a 12 oz. filet and gets it well done. You might as well eat a piece of rubber for 1/100 of the cost.
