There's no "blood draining" in a medium streak. Why would you buy an expensive cut of beef, cook it well done, and ruin the flavor? You drown it in A1 too? You keep eating those unhealthy well done steaks.

Medium rare. If it's a burger medium. I used to eat steaks well done when I was a child. One day, my taste buds grew up though.

Should've made this a poll. I'm surprised to see so many medium rares. Most black people I know won't go below a medium well, and that's only cuz they think that place will burn a well done steak.

Wouldn't have known the magic of medium rare-medium well had I not ventured out of dining with my African parents.

All they know is to cool something until it's brown all over. If it take 15 minutes to chew, so be it.
