You can tell in this thread who is an animal and who is cultured.
It depends on the cut. Skirt steak and/or churrasco you can eat medium well and it wont be to chewey since its a pretty thin cut of beef with lots of fat.
A great cut of beef for a burger is preferably to eat it medium. Well done and its bland as fukk.
Any other steak you have to eat medium or medium rare. Anything more cooked and its hard to chew and loses all flavor.
I prefer all my steak medium well.
