How do you prepare for a fitness test?

Like say anything that is going to require you to push your max, what do you do to get ready? Like PT tests

I didn't need to "prepare" since I wasn't :flabbynsick: . Only cats that tripped over PT tests were the fat fukks or skinnyfat outta shape folks. :manny:

Sometimes I’d sleep 8+, sometimes 3 or 4. It’s no different than going to the gym for PT at 0300.

Not sure what you mean by drinking something. I made sure I was hydrated (i.e. drank a normal amount of water) and kept it moving.

I drank that #Powda and sent that shyt. :rudy:

One of my gym homies worked out in the gym *before* his AFPFT and still smoked that bytch. Dude was getting 70 points just from showing up, not bring a fat fukk, and smoking the run.

The night prior hydrate yourself and make sure you get enough sleep at least 8 hours. If the workout is first thing in the morning. Stretch before you go in and stretch before the actual test. Stay hydrated and usually I eat a banana and some fruits. Nothing heavy.

I used to eat that along with hard boiled eggs before I did 5K runs or Warrior Dash...no problems

Eggs don't affect me. :unimpressed:


You also prolly eat less bullshyt than I do so ofc you're not gonna have any problems, OG. :martin:
