I can't rank them all definitively, but my favorite is things fall apart followed by illadelph half life and then how I got over.

So underrated as a group, but as time goes on they will get their dues.

Their's and Outkast's catalog should make any person who doesn't consider hip hop music shut the fukk up.

I'm surprised I didn't comment on this thread

Illadelph Halflife
How I Got Over (heavily underrated)
Do You Want More
Game Theory
Undun
Things Fall Apart
Rising Down
Organix - more of a jazz album than hiphop
And Then You'll Shoot Your Cousin
The Tipping Point- but it has Star & Boom
Phrenology - not good at all, but I love the cover

Won’t rank the “best”, but these are my favorites in order of my desire to listen to them again and again.

Things Fall Apart/Undun
Illadelph Halflife/How I Got Over/Phrenology
Do You Want More
Game Theory
Rising Down (goat roots intro track lol)
The Tipping Point
And Then You'll Shoot Your Cousin

When Phrenology dropped my older sister’s fiance bought it for me. I liked a few tracks but could never really get into it. Listening to it now makes me wonder what the fukk was wrong with me. It’s quickly become one of my favorite Roots albums. It was amazing how effortlessly Black Thought was rhyming over such a varied, but cohesive album.
