If I realize that they have no plan that’s when I go on autopilot and just nod. Now if they got a real plan and it’s not just just hot air then I’d give you genuine support

It's a traveling dietary nutritionist. I never thought about it either. It kinda fell into my lap. I always pictured myself in a restaurant. It's a lot less stressful and pays more with better benefits

Thanks for the info, I have one last question if you don’t mind. Do you have another degree or just the culinary one? Because I always thought nutritionist had to have some type of science degree, not cooking skills.

The school I went to, the art institute of Atlanta, has mandatory food and health safety, food science, nutrition and dietetics classes. Plus you have to pass state certification test for health, foodborne illnesses and illness prevention. It's another 2 year course for hotel and restaurant management.
