Because I always thought nutritionist had to have some type of science degree, not cooking skills.It's a traveling dietary nutritionist. I never thought about it either. It kinda fell into my lap. I always pictured myself in a restaurant. It's a lot less stressful and pays more with better benefits
The school I went to, the art institute of Atlanta, has mandatory food and health safety, food science, nutrition and dietetics classes. Plus you have to pass state certification test for health, foodborne illnesses and illness prevention.
