Also, teaching people. It will force you to have to learn how to explain yourself, volunteering with kids, something like that. It will force you to have to think outside of your own head, listen and understand another person, communicate at their level.

This times 10. You'd be surprised how little you know about a subject until you have to teach it.

When it comes to supplements it's all in what you're deficient in. There is no EASY QUICK OR CHEAP test for anything except maybe Vitamin D (or Iron).

The rest is trial and error. But once you learn what you're definitely deficient in and supplement appropriately your life becomes 100x better.

If I had to compare me pre and post supplements it's probably the difference between Kaio Ken Goku and SSJ4. When you get the mix right UNIQUE to your bodily chemistry you can become SSJ4 Golden Oozaru form.

Coq10 is something overlooked in particular even helpful for young people under age 30. The nitric oxide boost you get is truly felt and uplifting. Backed by decades of research it fuels your body at the cellular mitochondrial level.

This is not merely shyt you will piss out, that is what the medical establishment wants you to believe so you can continue paying high ass Obamacare premiums.

Depends on the amount provided vs the amount your body uses. I don't believe zinc is water soluble. Some vitamins bind to other nutrients, so that plays into it as well.

Living my intent seems to do it. My intent is just to be, so constantly be-ing and not worrying or over-thinking. Really if we get out of the way and don't have a filter between us and the 'outside' world everything takes care of itself because we are relating properly with it. Ego will become redundant if we get with this being thing, good thing is noone is home so don't sweat it :smugbiden:

This is true.

Remember your body is smart, it's fine if your piss is yellow after taking a multi, that just means you're pissing out what you don't need.

It's not a powerup, think of it as maintenance in a way. If you don't NEED the extra Vitamins or Minerals, your body will get rid of it but chances are you ARE missing something and that's the shyt it will keep. The rest is you actually getting exercise 4-5 times a week and rest and stretching.

If you have good insurance and low co-payments, I'd recommend going to the doctor once a season and getting blood work and urinalysis done. You'd be amazed at how detailed these shyts can get in 2016. I just had mine and all my shyt was at optimal or above optimal levels.

sex
not smoking pot so my reflexes and memory are on point
relatively balanced diet
I try and take a class or two a semester on something I need or am interested in
I walk a lot, swimming, and go for runs if I'm really in the mood
I can sleep as much as I want
removing stresses from my life

probably some other stuff I take for granted
