I just got through page 3. I didn't see him say anything racist yet apart from blacks not being able to swim Another poster called you "******ian" which seems much worse to me. So far, all I see is him questioning your business in a relatively respectful way and you telling him to basically go and fukk himself

On another note, you really are a self-important dikkhead who can't take even the most minor and justified of criticisms. You haven't achieved a fukking thing yet but you act as if you're Jay-Z on that forum. You asked for honest opinions and they give them to you, which leads you to get mad and post pictures of you in chopper suits and with random white girls. Well, they challenged me to come up with a sound value proposition for my product, which hadn't been done prior to posting in that thread, so I got some benefit there. Also, there are a few entrepreneurs that post on that board so I was able to get some good contacts and some sound advice when conversations were taken to PMs. In fact, I'm having a conversation with a man in the garment business to learn more about what it will take to produce promotional gear in the form of tanks and tees. Not to mention, I got a great portrait that's currently framed on my desk.

I'm telling you, in sales you gotta expose yourself to haters and naysayers. You have to practice addressing them. Finding out ways to overcome objections is key to success. It's just hard to find that in real life, especially with a product as strong as mine.

And you don't need an "exclusive contact" to get promotional gear made, all you need is a couple hundred $$$s and a logo, there are online businesses that do this shyt in their sleep

I was an active member of that forum about 10 years ago. I pop in time to time to bounce ideas around. Plus, there are characters on there that I grew up with. Hell, I got my first corporate gig out of college from one of those guys. It's good to let them know how you're living from time to time.

I don't need an "exclusive contract" but I like the idea of working with a company that specializes in producing garments to come up with some quality gear. Not only can I help out a fellow black entrepreneur, I can also work with someone who has an established brand to increase awareness for my own. Also, I have special needs when it comes to produce this gear, specifically, glow in the dark elements, so Cafe Press is out.
