I see others on that forum saying he threw the n-word around sometimes; OK, fine. And you were able to match dude's real life info to the account; good. Now show me something blatantly racist that he said. Show me some "******s need to get out of this country" or "you blacks smell bad/are all stupid/look like monkeys"-type comment, so we can know whether he's a KKK-level racist or just some ignorant white dude who likes to talk shyt on the internet which he'd never do IRL

If he's the former, then I can understand some call for online harassment. If he's just the latter and he only happens to also be clowning/insulting you in a non-racist way, then it ain't even that big a deal. It ain't reason enough to try to fukk with his job (despite what some of the fanoins here will say). But if you still wanna report his n-word usage to his boss so badly, then do it, as long as you're able to prove it's him using the s/n. Depending on the particular company he works for though, I don't think that might even do anything unless he said some clearly outrageous shyt.

I've helped Black men on this board with their resumes, coached them for job interviews, given them career advice. I've shown young black men ways to change their thinking so that they can be successful.
