Read the spagehtti package and bologne package individually.
When I eat out and there is no calorie info I just go on myfitnesspal and search similar foods to what I ate and try to be as realistic as possible for how many calories it was.
If you bought the stuff rom a supermarket there will be individual packs. If yuo bought it from a market, it is wieghed so you can use that and google or just google/caloriecount/myfitness it instead.
They have all sorts of recipe builders on the net, I use them cuz I cook a lot. Estimate how much of each ingredient you're eating - 1/2 cup Italian sausage, 1 cup spaghetti, 2/3 cup tomato sauce, etc. I have caloric information for alsmot everything I cook on a regular basis
