how does black panther lose in the comics

seems like his suit is a get outta jail free card or some shyt bc people saying it absorbs bullets, absorbs damage, and all sorts of shyt like that. so how does he lose in the comics then? poison gas? falling in cement? how? @The Black Panther and recognize if you come in this thread that Wolverine will beat him anyway also. Black Panther's suit is tough, but he has some enhanced physical capabilities as well. Add to that he's one of the smartest people in the Marvel universe, and he's tough to beat. Of course he takes Ls and has trouble with folks like Dr. Doom, Thanos and Namor.
