TO GET YOUR TAXES TO 0% YOU HAVE TO SHELL OUT A TON OF MONEY. THE GOVERNMENT DOESN'T REALLY LIKE TO LEVY TAXES. IT'S INEFFICIENT. THE GOVERNMENT INSTEAD OFFERS TAX CREDITS/DEDUCTIONS BASED ON YOU DOING THINGS THAT FURTHER SOCIETY.

EXAMPLE: WHEN YOU BUY A HOUSE AND FLIP IT, YOU GET TAXED ON THE PROFIT. HOWEVER, IF YOU INVEST THAT PROFIT INTO ANOTHER PROPERTY, YOUR TAX LIABILITY IS DEFERRED. YOU INVESTING THAT MONEY KEEPS CONSTRUCTION WORKERS WORKING, KEEPS UP THAT NEIGHBORHOOD AND A HOST OF OTHER TRICKLE DOWN BENEFITS. THESE ARE THINGS THE GOVERNMENT WOULD END UP HAVING TO TAKE CARE OF AT SOME POINT AND IT WOULD COST THEM MONEY. HOW WOULD THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR THIS? TAXES. INSTEAD OF GOING THE ROUND ABOUT WAY OF TAXING AND DOING IT THEMSELVES THEY WOULD RATHER ALLOW YOU TO DO IT IN EXCHANGE FOR A REDUCTION IN TAX LIABILITY ON WHATEVER PROFIT YOU MAKE.

PEOPLE JUST TAKE THESE DEDUCTIONS/CREDITS AND STRING THEM TOGETHER IN A CREATIVE MANNER TO REDUCE THEIR LIABILITY TO 0%. THE PROBLEM MOST PEOPLE HAVE IS A TON OF THESE TAX BREAKS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO CORPORATIONS SO PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM. NOTHING IS STOPPING YOU FROM GOING DOWN TO THE COUNTY BUILDING AND REGISTERING A LLC/S-CORP AND DOING THE SAME THING.
