Murray was a redshirt.
Eason played mostly out of a shotgun. The transition to taking drops on live action isn't going to pretty.
that boy look like a statue in the pocket. I don't see what the hype isIf Eason plays at ANY point this season, go ahead and just make him the starter going forward and roll w/it. Either redshirt him or understand he gonna eventually be starter so just dont delay the inevitable

It's not that simple. Stafford didn't even start his first game. He is going to play. I doubt Lambert has a long leas but unless something wacky happens I expect him to be the starter against UNC.If Eason plays at ANY point this season, go ahead and just make him the starter going forward and roll w/it. It's a continuing circle. Those programs have the most resources ($, facilities, regional high school talent, etc) so they stay in the loop. Even when someone builds a program that coach will get plucked to go to a traditional powerhouse.Crazy that we are all getting hyped and amped over National Signing Day when the TRUTH is.....it'll only be the same 5-10 teams as it typically is every year in the hunt for the national title.
Bama
LSU
FSU
OU
OSU
UM
UF
ND
UGA
USC
There will be a few teams here and there who'll be flashes in the pans for a season or two, but over the next 4 years, those teams will be perineal playoff contending teams. Sorry everybody else, just the way it is and (generally) always will be![]()

I will say Clemson might be on the verge of entering that discussion.
YepYea I think it's time to put Clemson there. They have long had the $$, but just never had the coach to bring out the best in them.
You think Muscamp gonna bring them back?I believe in my heart of hearts that the Gamecocks will be talked about again like 2 years ago.
Yep
UGA and S. Carolina got get there crap together because a good Clemson hurts them.
You think Muscamp gonna bring them back?
I don't disagree but fact remains. Both schools having to battle some combination of:I'm not on the conference this conference that talk but playing in the ACC helps Clemscum a lot. Plus, I question how good they would have been without Watson(not saying they would have been a bad team).
