I made the mistake of trusting pop culture and film about what romance was. As I got older I slowed shyt down to a degree. I just did too much at times. I got more simple as I got older. I was too smothering. I grew a disdain for myself the more I did that. And that disdain woke me up. I was writing romantic soliloquies. And getting candy and just not seeing the simple things. Its like that movie a day in the life. Where its a continuous song.

I legit never heard of it till now. Whats crazy is I used to have a co worker who always talked about he didn't have any interest in females even tho he wasn't gay. And he always talked about how he wanted kids.

One of our other co workers used to clown him and call him an asexual plant

I love it, but I love a lot of things that don't validate me. It's just not high on my list of shyt.

Some folks (I know a guy that claims to be asexual) just give up on sexual interaction. As soon as somebody pays him any attention, he's and trying to plot on it.

I know asexual folks exist, but my experience groups them almost in the same area (almost) as folks who turn gay because they feel they don't have the options they want in the opposite sex, but life becomes "better" when they're gay.


edit: please note that I say "I KNOW asexual folks exist". I just don't know any TRUE ones from personal experience.
