The further away you get from the states, the whiter it gets. Because of the foreign backing alot of other non-white ethnic groups have white people dont fukk with them the way they fukk with black people and because there are so few black people in Canada, there is no reason to really give you that WORK.

Toronto is also only 50% white. America is 70 something %.
Toronto is 8% black. America is 12%.

Toronto is better because it takes care of everyone better. Still got areas to improve, but better then America. But keep ignoring what everyone from Toronto is saying and think it's all cause Toronto has 4% less black people.
