Finished Law School a couple of months ago, we need more Black folks there. Too many mediocre white folks getting paper out here in these streets.

Finished my MA. Law is next!

Higher education is overrated... unless you want to specialize in a career, you really don't need anything beyond an undergrad.

Undergrad degrees was in African & Latino studies studies and Sociology cause I sought knowledge of self. How those Degree don't connect to any jobs and knowledge don't pay the bills.



Then I got a masters in transportation cause I thought that was where the money was and it was until the Global Oil market collapse.


Now I am older and trying to get a MPA to match my Government job cause them government job benefits is better than the money I was making in transportation......



I might go for a PHD some day..... But I think I could do better for myself and the community if I start a non profit to help people and pay myself a little salary to run it.

Im 7 months away from finishing law myself. Did an undergrad in global political studies...couple licenses/prof courses in insurance before i switched careers

I'm definitely tempted by other grad programs including a PhD program in Political Science.

Just turned 20 a few months ago, actually.
And I was only in high school for three years.

Generally 4. I probably should have done 4, that extra-year of what was essentially free time would have been incredible.
