I have a feeling that a lot of people here are obese or the skinny type that lose breath after half a flight of stairs.

I'm 6'2 180 lbs at about 15% bodyfat, not exactly where i want to be yet but I'm a lot healthier than last year. Ran a 5k a couple weeks ago and finished in 16:30 which isnt too bad, still a lot of work to do.

Where yall brehs at fitness wise? Yall one cheeseburger away from heart disease and diabetes, or yall on that juicing wave and hitting a new PR in the gym every month?

Dont lie either :stopitslime:, that thread from last year exposed a lot of you pilsbury doughboy ass brehs.

Lets get some good recipes and HIIT routines up in here. Vegans are welcome even though yall are annoying as fukk.

Breh if you cut the calories and try to lean out a bit you'll be good. You got a good base under a little layer of fat. Itsba struggle for me to put on weight, my metabolism ks way too fast.

40 years old? :wow:

I'm 6'1'' at 205 right now. I just did one arm barbell snatches at 115 so I feel good. :ehh:

It's more about your eating habits than exercising.

I don't care if u put in 2 hours a day in cardio and weight lifting, if u head to McDonald's and grabbed a burger and fry or pizza u not losing shyt..

Everyone's body is different...but for me I cut my eating habits to eating nothing but fruit throughout the day and only have one meal..

When I’m on the road I cut my diet down to fruit, nuts, beef jerky and meal replacement shakes. But... when I’m home I eat what I want. Last night my gf’s mom made enchiladas with beans and rice. Ate it for dinner and breakfast. Worked out both days too though.

If yall are having issues with diet, get a juicer. My usual recipe is 2 kale leaves, one cucumber, one green apple, 6-8 strawberries, handful of grapes, and maybe a half of lemon if you want. Ive been able to get all my vegetable and fruit servings from either juice or protein shakes using my juicer and blender since I'm usually eating on the go nowadays.

5'10 181 personally. Kinda trying to figure out if I want to get down to 170 or ease my way up to 190

this is what im currently trying to do...couple days out the week, i fall off and hit up wendys or some shyt...this is where working on a campus with every fast food restaurant you can think of gets me in trouble :francis:

but im getting there tho. :ehh:

days when i can eat fruit and almonds throughout the day, then some veggies with fish or chicken at the crib have me feeling invisible
