this is what im currently trying to do...couple days out the week, i fall off and hit up wendys or some shyt...this is where working on a campus with every fast food restaurant you can think of gets me in trouble :francis:

but im getting there tho. :ehh:

days when i can eat fruit and almonds throughout the day, then some veggies with fish or chicken at the crib have me feeling invisible

If u hit Wendy's try a small chili and 4 piece nuggets..the fries and burgers will kill your weight loss

I'm 6'2 and 210. I'm cutting now. it took me a couple year ago put on weight. I used to could never get above 190.

Man that's me right now. Ate my ass off for years and the highest I got was 186.


A measley 15 minutes on the exercise bike will do you wonders breh. Hell just going on a 45 minute brisk walk once a day will do the same thing.

5'8, 180, 34 years old. I've lost 40lbs since August. Goal weight is 165. I've always been around 170 or so since high school. Always had a muscular build. I played running back in high school. All county, all conference and shyt. Started having kids and shyt got outta control. Gained 20lbs every time my wife got pregnant. We just had our third in November, and I ain't wanna gain anymore weight. Got my diet right. I have a physical job, I don't workout at all, besides taking a daily walk around my neighborhood for an hour at a moderate pace.

I have a feeling that a lot of people here are obese or the skinny type that lose breath after half a flight of stairs.

I'm 6'2 180 lbs at about 15% bodyfat, not exactly where i want to be yet but I'm a lot healthier than last year. Ran a 5k a couple weeks ago and finished in 16:30 which isnt too bad, still a lot of work to do.

Where yall brehs at fitness wise? Yall one cheeseburger away from heart disease and diabetes, or yall on that juicing wave and hitting a new PR in the gym every month?

Dont lie either :stopitslime:, that thread from last year exposed a lot of you pilsbury doughboy ass brehs.

Lets get some good recipes and HIIT routines up in here. Vegans are welcome even though yall are annoying as fukk.

What OP really wants to know is "who gives a fukk I recently ran a 5k"

And your answer? Not a single solitary fukk was given..........

6'5", 215", 19 percent body fat :mjcry: I miss being 11-12 percent body but I hurt both my shoulders end of 2016 and 2017 :mjcry: Took me out my game. Got the workout plan set so that will be my focus for the next 6 months. I want to be ripped again by my 29th birthday.
