So besides the fact that he's a snitch, how good do you think he could've been? Froma technical perspective, I always thought he could've been a really solid shooting guard. He had good 3 point shooting, mid range jumpers, and he could slash pretty good. I know he's a fukking head case.

Only thing that held him back was him being a headcase. He had it all pretty much as a shooting guard. He could shoot and he was decent at getting to the rack too. I thought he was gonna be a star in the league but as we know that wasnt the case.

Raleigh by way of Crooklyn
He was undersized at shooting guard, that was already strike 1 against him. Sizes are exaggerated slightly, so you can look at the 6-4 he was listed at and probably say he was really 6-3. At that height you need to be either a) a lights-out shooter, which he wasn't. He was a good, not great shooter. or b) an absolute freak athletically. He was always stronger and more athletic than cats he played against in the ACC. That went out the window once he got to the league. The fact that he was a headcase only added to his problems.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
His poem to KG was hilarious.

“He came to me with open arms, like a hawk embracing his young,
and he fed me food out his mouth but I was starving for knowledge.
the type of knowledge that can’t be fed by hand or voice, but by heart.
so when he spoke he touched my soul, and my soul would smack me if I didn’t listen the words he spoke weren’t for the ears to hear.
because his words were real, it’s hard to hear the truth when lies are so loud.
I put my earphones on so I can hear nothing and see everything.
lies could never steal my attention when he…he…spoke.

The eyes never lie. and when he spoke he wore no glasses.
he wanted me to see the truth, which was? that everyone wears glasses to protect lies, truth? glasses? lies?
sounds like earth, sounds like humans, sounds like America.
but if that’s so where is he from? not from here, he has no glasses!
there was an aura, a light, a truth, about him.
special? never. different? maybe. human? impossible. so I asked him one question to expect one answer.
when you walk and talk and teach how come everyone can stare at your light, your aura, your truth?
because we are the same.” - Mccants

What's funny is that McCants tried to audition/rap for 9th Wonder back in the day. it didn't work out. But funny enough, Quentin Thomas is now signed to 9th's label, Jamla.
