All these Pac vs Nas and Cube vs Nas debates are totally unnecessary...

They are the holy trinity of the culture and all did an exceptional job of painting the Black experience in America post Reagan era...

Cube was the West

Nas was the Eastcoast

Pac was the best of both

Lets not have these silly arguments anymore, friends

I was listening to Death Certificate yesterday while working out....That shyt was just fukking raw and vulgar. Cube didn't give a fukk about nothing back then.
I'm old enough to remember when Ice Cube was scary and had CACs shaking in their boots.

The fact that he was able to still have a career after Cave bytch is :mindblown:

Artists have been blackballed for less.

He was blackballed they turned him into a kid friendly muppet in feature films for there amusement...

"Hiphop started in the west, ice cube bailin thru the east without a vest"

Cube is probably the "hardest" mc of all time.

NO he isnt and the proof is the retaliation to that song ended his rap career...

:what: Cube is still spittin fire today. And those movies were made under his own production company under his own rules. If he was blackballed we would have never even seen Friday. He matured over the years and stopped saying a lot of the controversial shyt he was saying back in the early 90s but the fact that he still puts out songs like The nikka Trap mean that you're wrong.

No it doesnt, industry turned him into a safe and non threatening actor...That being said i did like some of his work on Raw Footage but for the most part since the mid 90s hes been relegated to the side stage that nobody checks for...

Common had some lethal disses in his record but the bytch in Yoo didn't end Cube's rap career in any shape form or fashion.
