Absolutely, Hack was a 5 star recruit coming out of HS but his overall ranking ranged from top 10 to top 50, opinions differed on him. Lawrence was on another level, he was universally regarded as the best high school QB recruit ever.

Lawrence would get the same opportunities and then some even if he never had another productive game in his life.
