If social securtiy was the be all end all of identification explain how I have three different names, with three different credit histories under the same SSN?
call me crazy but i assume when you fill out app to change your name they ask you for your old name no? also know as a (AKA) ? why wouldn't this be on a record somewhere John Doe aka Don Drapper with a matching birthday or address , and when you get a new BC arent both your parents names on there? wouldn't they match your new BC info? I swear some of you cats are

When you fill a petition to change name that ask you what your current name is. This ain't no McDonald's application asking for other known names. If you done this a couple times you're not staying at the same address. Both your parents are still on your birth certificate but you only need that to get a new passport. Look I've had a reasonable amount of debt and I've done it twice with a reasonable amount of debt. I have no credit history every time I change my ENTIRE name using the Exact same SSN I was born with. Now if you're talking about owing the Feds or 100k+ in debt that's different.
