Find task or build a certain routine to discipline yourself.
Once you establish a certain level of discipline you should be fine.
Try working out once you have those thoughts as well. I don’t know for sure but it seems as if you’re having them post workout. Or that’s when they’re most frequent.
I hate to beat several dead horses, but this is what people mean when they say "be on your purpose".
When you have something(s) to do in this life, you won't just focus on your urges and feelings and chit like that like animals or women. ROFL (but i'm serious, doe)
