I don't eat crabs or lobsters for the matter (I'm 95% vegan with an occasionally chicken wing here and there) , but people say its healthier than eating chicken and beef

Just get a lobster tail and make life easier. Get some good scissors and cut the shell down the back. Pull the lobster meat out but not completely leave it attached to the shell. Score the meat in different areas. Salt and pepper it. Melt a pound of butter. Throw that sum bytch in there and poach it until done. Enjoy with an ice cold beverage and feel like a boss.
