I just don't see it.
I just don't hear it and I'm a fan of both.
Also, how is Pac even on anyone's top two list??? When he clearly shares the #3 spot with a few people.

"nacho cheese, I'm Castro"

"That was something I've been waiting to do for a long time," Nas said Monday in Atlanta on the set of the "Thugz Mansion" video. "It's a tremendous honor because I put Tupac beyond Shakespeare. Unfortunately his early demise didn't allow him to still be here and do more incredible things. The things he left are timeless. Just to be a part of that is an honor for me."
< Everyone knowing for a fact that now in 2013.... when Pac comes on the ipod or any mp3... you skip that song if it's not Brenda's had a baby or a couple others.
IF it's featuring dawg pound you have the urge to break the device.
plus, Are we really gonna say 2Pacalypse Now > Illmatic![]()
nicca, when Pac comes on the ipod
You can say that you have Pac in your top 3 lyrically.damn man.. nas admired pac.. WHAT MORE CAN I SA-AY?![]()
You can say that you have Pac in your top 3 lyrically.

I never thought he was "better" than Nas at rapping....
I just thought his rhymes and style had more appeal to it....
I thought it was dope how he could drop "Brenda had a baby" and then come with "I get around" type joint....
Seemed like he got better with each album he dropped..... Nas peaked early and then kinda faded to the background until Stillmatic dropped.
I will openly admit that Nas is better lyricist than Pac...
But Pac songs used to make me feel a certain kind of way and feel what he was saying and I can't say I really got that from Nas...
