Depends on how much space you have on your iCloud and even so you can only "hide" it.

It just shows up as a download ,it's not taking any space up from your iCloud account.

I only have a basic iCloud account and it only took away a few songs.
I didn't download it. It showed up over night.

just disable the show all music shyt in your settings and it won't be on your phone anymore

no it doesn't, unless you downloaded it off the cloud
It not on your phone it just tied to your itunes account. It like an app you buy and delete you can always redownload it.
