How is Apple allowed to push music without my permission?

It not on your phone it just tied to your itunes account. It like an app you buy and delete you can always redownload it.

I don't use iTunes as a store.

I use my own mp3's from bought CDs, I'm old school.

I just saw songs pop up on my phone.

It downloaded on my phone automatically.

How do I put it back on iCloud?

go to th album in your music

If it has the lil cloud icon next to the song names, it isn't downloaded to your phone

make sure you haven't downloaded any of the songs, if you did delete them manually by swiping from the right side of the song title

then go to settings > music > show all music and turn it off
