I agree it should be changed. I have a relative who got stuck with a lazy ex. It was annoying that he even got involved with her because she never wanted to work. The law is messed up, but it's up to people to reform the laws through politics. But isn't it true that Nowadays you only see alimony for stay at home wives? Wouldn't the solution be to date and marry someone with a lucrative career to avoid her needing your income if you divorce?
