I'm a married man breh. You never watched Martin?
And yea those things factored in our decision as many other risk factors for divorce. That is why we
waited until we were old enough and were established.
A lot of the "statistics" #GMB and the like cite are either
outdated or downright false. Divorce rates never got higher than 40%, which was in the 80s, and have been falling ever since. For college educated, moderate income families, the rate is as low as 20-25% and falling. And on an anecdotal level, most people I know who got divorced never should have got married in the first place. People getting married in their early 20s

People getting married with no means of taking care of themselves

People getting married to partners who cheat on or abuse them

People getting married without living together first

A lot of divorces are just marriages that set themselves up for failure
I can get if you just don't want the family life or only being with one person, but much of #GMB's reasoning is based on misinformation and lies.
