After all the cities I heard, I never hear people talk about dc like they talk about atl, Miami, nyc, houston etc.
how is the women?
how is the housing/ the culture? the history? the party scene? I know by reading some of ya'll post, dc got the wealthiest black county in America. what are the activites ya'll do?

if you dislike dc, why do you dislike dc?

  • Faster than the rest of the country but, slower than the craziness that is New York...
  • Career opportunities. It's more expensive here but, jobs also pay more...
  • GOAT location (the entire east coast has this in common). NYC, Philly, Baltimore, Atlantic City, Virginia Beach, Ocean City, Eastern Shore, Mountains are all between 2-4 hours away...
  • Gentrification is pushing alot of locals into MD, but on the other hand, the city has a bright future. Take one drive around the city and there's construction going on every other block.
  • GOAT public transportation. You really don't need a car if you live in the city.
  • Women everywhere :wow: Ethiopians/East Africans :wow: Nigerians, Ghanaians, West Indians :wow: Afrocentric broads on U-Street :wow: Bougie Howard girls :wow: Georgetown Pawgs :wow:
  • Mambo Sauce :wow:
  • When the MGM Casino gets built, its over :banderas:

A lot of beautiful educated entitled career oriented independent women, but competition is very tough up here. There's some wolves that have been eating good for 10 years out here. I'm one of them.

You want to grab one of those pretty socialites, you better have your have your shyt on point, at least look like it. I'm talking:

career
crib
car
clothes,
face,
in shape

You'll probably need 4 or 5 of these to really do well out there. Rolling up in a Charger on 20s with Jays on, aint gon cut it. You better make that drive over to Hyattsville with that shyt. But there are many hoodrats and mediocre women to choose from too. So there's someone for everybody. But if you want to pull up to The Park on 14th and pull a 9 or dime, you better come correct. A lot of people ran things in there hometowns and come to DC and be scrubs. A lot of big fish out here.

Personally I like Virginia women, pretty, clean cut, not smoked out.

Yea, get use to people asking you about your career, what college you went to, are you in a frat, where you've traveled and sometime what you drive. A some people have nothing to conversate about besides their jobs. People lives revolve around their job in DC.
