You have to find a girl that's not into the city life. If the chick loves day parties, the Park, etc, she probably isn't no good. It's sad to say. Those girls are looking for a certain lifestyle. Get you a homebody out in Annandale or Waldorf. A chick that rarely goes to dc.

DC has beautiful women but too many are bougie broke looking for a rich simp. Funny thing is they end up fukking on fake ballers just like themselves. Besides that, the international community is dope, always can run up on a fine Eritrean or Ethiopian bartender, or thick African nurse, or an island girl with an office job. My phone is like the United Nations almost every country has a female representative in it. Nightlife is kinda lame, I'll never get how people spend all day dressed up at a corporate job then dress even fancier to hit the lounge. No turn up at all just posing and playing on their phone.

Housing is way overpriced, the commute can make a 10 minute trip take an hour at any time of day. A lot of good restaurants, shopping, and most of all its one of the best places to be a black small business owner
