How is is like to live in DC?

A lot of beautiful educated entitled career oriented independent women, but competition is very tough up here. There's some wolves that have been eating good for 10 years out here. I'm one of them.

You want to grab one of those pretty socialites, you better have your have your shyt on point, at least look like it. I'm talking:

career
crib
car
clothes,
face,
in shape

You'll probably need 4 or 5 of these to really do well out there. Rolling up in a Charger on 20s with Jays on, aint gon cut it. You better make that drive over to Hyattsville with that shyt. But there are many hoodrats and mediocre women to choose from too. So there's someone for everybody. But if you want to pull up to The Park on 14th and pull a 9 or dime, you better come correct. A lot of people ran things in there hometowns and come to DC and be scrubs. A lot of big fish out here.

Personally I like Virginia women, pretty, clean cut, not smoked out.

Yeah, you got to literally be a millionaire Tupac in a Business Suit with mad experience with the high class bougie life. There are some dimes in Maryland, but DC is on that ASAP game. Hell, I seen a dude got clowned by a dime piece for having scratches on his Kenneth Cole shoes in a Happy Hour on a Thursday

The HU girls somehow know actual rappers and all the parties in the DMV areas, as well as all them parties in all the black cities.

It's an area where every black person should aspire to be,


Its a bit expensive so hopefully you have a job that requires a college degree..

The only thing that i do not like about the area and why I wont move back is because I can't stand the traffic.. But I grew up there so I've had my fun.. I wish I grew up in Baltimore and move to the DMV later in life

Also The the multi cultural environment/ women somebody pointed out earlier is absolutely heaven: You can have a taste of Ethiopia, Columbia, and Germany all within the same week

-Make 70k
-have a new car
-have a apt with no roommates
-no kids
-have a bachelors degree
-fairly attractive

or

-have a job paying at least 40k
-have a big dikk, muscles, pretty face, hair dress well, and good personality etc

You have to find a girl that's not into the city life. If the chick loves day parties, the Park, etc, she probably isn't no good. It's sad to say. Those girls are looking for a certain lifestyle. Get you a homebody out in Annandale or Waldorf. A chick that rarely goes to dc.

The place where Ive met a lot great girls. My Asian chick that I've been on for 10 years and a few more. Northern Virginia community college.
These chicks usually work and are trying to better than better their careers.
