i used to be a big clipse fan but pusha been on that dumb-down for a couple years now.

and sadly, hes still better than 95% of the current mainstream scene.

most emo rappers are better than 95 percent of the mainstream.

Pusha is a beast but I think he falls in that category like Jadakiss and Ludacris. Where he kills shyt of features and on other people's beats but I don't know how great a solo album from his would sound. Though I will support his album if it drops in October.

Kiss is an animal on the mic but he has never released a solo album that is anywhere near classic status. And Luda has some good albums but nothing that you would call classic either.

Classic record sure but neither have a classic album under their belt. And I mite not have listened to as much rap as you have (I am only 31 after all) but I've listened to my fair share and have listened to pretty much all of Kiss and Cris discography. So you wont get me to believe that they have a classic album just cause you say so.

But on this Pusha T shyt....Nah dude just ain't solo calibr level musically...lacks a delivery,generic voice.....similar to Fabs weaknesses but Fab is slicker and a better shyt talker/swag lyrics typically making him more entertaining to me,...Pusha more introspective with the drug shyt,but is like a Jadakiss light to me as again he lacks to slick talk and also the voice....he get off but I only wanna hear em in small doses,he ain't wack I don't think u can say....but he's like a lotta the new nikkas,they not wack but they seem like the "lite" or poor mans versions of nikkas we've seen do it before or still currently do it,Pushas problem is he ain't new and there's no room for growth.....I still wuld rather listen to Fab or Jada who at the tail end of what they once were.

Pusha is just a lyrical nikka who can't write hooks. If this nikka ain't in a group or doing features he's boring. Same thing with Bun B, except Bun in his prime shyt's on Pusha's life.

He's not even on par with nikkas like Fab or Jadakiss, who if they dropped a mixtape today I would actually listen to it, because it wouldn't just be about Lil Wayne and selling coke. Speaking of Wayne, up until a couple of years ago he was head and fukkin shoulders above this nikka on every platform.

And yeah Malic was better....he bought that poetic introspective side to the table....there was absence in the coke rapper field for a Malice....in the lane Pusha was tryna fill for slick taking coke rapper there's usually a line...cats like Stack Bundles was on the shelf waiting his turn and was better in that lane than Pusha.....I'm not seein what seperates him frm Ransom and based off they last tapes I heard,actually I've enjoyed two ransom tapes over Pushas last two now....these was two nikkas collectin dust on Desert Storm as the b team which alotta people never questioned or saw crazy potential in...Ransom still alive killin shyt and nobody questions why he ain't a superstar,so what makes people see Pusha as this sure thing as they have seen him as for years?he's talented but what r we missing?
