College defenses can be (and is) tougher. He's seeing a lot of variations of the box and 1 and that's taking a toll on him but his game with translate well to the NBA

I don’t think another year of college will do him any good. He’s shown he can score on this level and now teams are running junk defenses and loading up. He’s a top 10 pick, so better to get drafted and start working on his pro game than another year killing his body on a bad team.
