America suffers from the fear of the unknown. We either overstock and eat away the pain, or just because. Along with the medication, food industry welcoming chemicals to make foods addictive, and social media that's triggering folks to try these viral ass meal hacks (also fukk the food reviewers that combine with the problem of food addiction).
Bottom line, this is not a Japan vs America way of eating thing...it's an America vs the parasite companies that allow this issue to happen.
There was a time when Michelle Obama wanted to raise health awareness and so forth, but cacs and dumb ass redneck knuckle dragging fat back cacs made her BTFO.
