How long are your average sex droughts per year? How do you manage?

How long would yall say your sex drought lasts? Days ()? Weeks ()? Months ()? Years ()?

For me, it usually lasts up to 5 months. It is weird as hell. I haven't been laid since the end of March. I will usually have 3 or 4 partners in the span of 3/4 months, then go dry for 5,even 6 months and then finish out the year with 1 or 2 partners, depending on how life is going. Those 4 to 5 month droughts drive me absolutely crazy, almost makes me feel desperate, but I refuse to do a slump buster (unless im on the verge of going mad).

shyt feels like I'm just doing it for validation, which actually depresses me, because I feel like im letting some kind of trauma control me.
