So what about restaurants and bars? What about sports? You really think they’re going to close down for months? I legit don’t see an alternative. The economic issues will be astronomicalWe gottta get through our head that for a lot of stuff this is the new normal........its over for establishments that be having large crowds and general big social events.
Cities like Vegas are legit fukked
This shyt definitely isn't going away, but it will start to settle down by then. With social distancing and everything closed for 4-5 months straight one would assume it would start to settle eventuallyAll you guys thinking things go back to normal in June, July are delusional! There's no proof heat gets rid of Coronavirus.
I really feel for Vegas which thrive off tourism might not ever be the same. Got alot of friends who work in the casinos and can't see the long term effects of this. Geopolitically, things are about to get ugly with China and EU.
Major changes to restaurants imo...So what about restaurants and bars? What about sports? You really think they’re going to close down for months? I legit don’t see an alternative. The economic issues will be astronomical
Correct. No "normal" life until September 2021. All these countries lying their asses off to keep the people placated.2021 when we get the vaccine![]()
There is no vaccine at the moment but it's a virus that dies out over time. Athletes wont be affected so much because most of them work out daily which helps support the immune system to counter the virus. I know people who tested positive and they feeling no symptoms. Is there a vaccine or not? Because I heard the NBA players and staff on the Jazz are cured of it.
They're cured of it because the virus ran its course, not because they got a cure for it. In most people, you will eventually get better even without a cure.Is there a vaccine or not? Because I heard the NBA players and staff on the Jazz are cured of it.
. Trump is between a rock and a hard place . Do I open up our economy back up and deal with the rise of more death but our economy will be stable ...or do I shyt this shyt down for six months and take us back to the great depression days ? Looks like he is going for the first option ....realistically? If you're paying attention to projections and the real statistics coming out of Italy and France, America is like 2-3 days behind that, maybe even less. China is fabricating their numbers so I don't even bother with them, Iran has had mass graves for 2 weeks. If we're behind the curve, we're quarantined till June. Even then, there's no vaccine, nothing returns to "normal". The fear will be real, by then the people who downplayed all of this will have either seen what we will see happen in April/May and either come to terms with how deadly this is and how ill prepared we are as a country, both in supplies and in our ability to "come together" in combating the realities of getting sick/spreading what you have without knowing it that they'll either not want to leave their home until they feel safe or say fukk it and try to live their lives despite most the country either still being locked down, normal services not continuing or the bodies continue piling up. If we had tests ready to go and we were on our way to a vaccine back in January/early February I don't think we'd be here, but that also means we had a functioning national government with people who actually gave a shyt about their citizens. We don't have that. It's going to get worse before it gets better and we haven't even seen bad yet before we've gotten to worse.
