How long does it take you to get use to the time change?

Woke up at 530 as I'm use to waking up at 630

Was able to take my dog running today and yesterday as the sun is shining but it's not quite scorching heat.


But I know it won't last and I'll fall back into "blaaah it's already 630am" around early December

It did nothing to me. I wake up early as hell on off days so I just had an hour more to do what I wanted (play vidya games)
