Sometimes it takes me two days to recover, but I’m just so ready to go outside and get back to walking.

I did front and back squats with 150 lbs on Monday 💪🏽

I did 185 lbs for my deadlifts 💪🏽

Well, at least it’s raining here today and yesterday, so I can kind of just wait it out. 😩😩😩

i just checked the app. Im a taller/bigger guy so I guess he’s moving me up quickly.

I also did sumo squats today with 160 lbs.

I always can process what I say on here lol

Im a bigger dude. Probably had muscle under all that fat 😅😅. I wish I trusted people here to show the before and after pics.

My legs probably strong from being heavier and walking so much. I walked an average of ten miles a day in June 😩

:mjlol: lifting like that, youre supposed to be tired. 5 sets. :snoop: Nothings wrong with lifting light unless your ego is big and youre scared to get it crushed. You just have to watch your form and hold the weight for some seconds (3 to 5 seconds or longer if you can take it) at the height of the resistance to feel the burn. If youre still in pain after a few days and it gets worse, go to a doctor. Dont ignore it.

I did “supersets”

I’m new to this so I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♂️

I feel a little better today, but this was on Monday and I think it’s ridiculous. It’s gonna take me three or four days to be able to get back to do in my 5 to 10 mile walks every day.

Today I did back exercises.
