It should. The subtle implication here is that Trump attacks, say, the FBI, on behalf of black people. He's not. And any critique he levels at these institutions isn't for the benefit of PoC, and there's really no reason to think Trump's trying to right some injustice done to black people in the past.

Its not about who makes the laws. Its about the rights of the constitution (not that they apply to black people anyways) being taken away and your support of the gov't doing that.
